BRIEF

The owner/head chef wanted to have an intimate restaurant that allowed her to control all of the functions of the kitchen while being able to invite people into the dining space and interact with them.

DESIGN SOLUTION

We strategically created a space that prioritized a pleasant dining and bar experience that wouldn’t expose patrons to operational parts of the business.

We had to create an efficient dining space and bar while having portions of the kitchen visible to the customers and hiding some of the heavy-lifting parts of the business.
